This website does not constitute an offer, merely an invitation to treat. All goods are quoted in UK Sterling, excluding and including VAT.

Colour Matters, or its representatives do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, therefore, it is imperative that you should check the product specifications before ordering.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice, and do not include carriage or VAT (where applicable). If you are paying by credit card, your card will be billed at the point of order. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 7 days of order, we will make a full refund of the payment back to your credit card, and at this point only bill your card again when goods are ready for despatch. If you are paying by cheque or some other means, goods will not be despatched until funds have been deposited into our account and cleared (we normally allow 5 working days for this).

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered. All products are sold subject to availability.

To comply with certain manufacturers agreements and government regulations, Colour Matters Ltd.reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United Kingdom at any time.

Claims for damage, non-functionality and shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise standard warranty procedures apply. Colour Matters is not responsible for ensuring safe delivery of a returned item.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Colour Matters acknowledges all manufacturers trade marks and service marks used throughout this website.
