Carriage Charges
We use the following scale to calculate your carriage costs;
Mainland UK
Orders under £75 = £ 6.50
Orders £75 - £250 = £7.50
Orders over £250 = £9.95
All UK delivery services are next working day after despatch (either Post
Office Special Delivery or TNT). Certain parts of the UK (ie Scottish
Highlands and non mainland addresses) may attract a surcharge - if your
order is affected, we will email you with the costs.
European Union
Orders under £100 = £10.95
Orders £100 - £250 = £15.00
Orders over £250 = £20.00
Rest of World (including European countries not in the EU)
Orders under £100 = £12.50 (Swiftair)
Orders over £100 = £30.00 (Fedex or TNT)
VAT (Tax) is added to all carriage charges except for orders outside the EU.
All deliveries are suitably insured.
Returns
Before we can accept any returned goods, we must be notified in writing of
the reasons. Once we have agreed with these reasons, it is the
responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of goods. At this
point replacement goods or a refund will be issued to complete the
